Here's What To Pack..

Here's What To Pack..

Going away? Good, you deserve it! We are constantly getting questions about what to pack... have no fear we are going to sum it all up here!
Luggage:
If you like the finer things in life like nice cars, expensive wine, you will want to look no further and pull along a Rimowa... its a bit hard to pack with, but you get over that once you get the hang of it. It took me about 3 trips straddling the bag and jumping on it like a wild stallion in the middle of Charles de Gaulle to get the gist of it.. but now it is a tamed pony and it rides like a dream.
If you are looking for something more like a dependable friend that always has your back, is easy going, and will be at every birthday party you throw with a baked good- I would go with the Bric's. I love that I can unzip the top and everything stays in place. With its soft and flexible exterior it is easy to cram in all of the shopping you did from your trip!
Stay Organized:
I love to use these travel cubes for categories in my suit case. I put all of my swim in one- and actually keep it packed for each trip so I can just grab it and add it to the bag for the next trip. I live in NYC so the beach isn't exactly down the street. I have one for work out clothes in hopes I actually work out on a trip... this one doesn't get used often. One for panties and bra's... you get the point. These help so much especially if you are bouncing around from place to place on one trip!
Toiletries:
There's nothing like finally arriving to you destination, the pool is calling your name, you go to grab your bikini, and you realize you didn't shave. You further realize you didn't pack a razor. We have all been there. I love using this toiletry bag and keeping it packed for each trip. Its fun to throw in all of the mini's the from the hotel to take along the way, especially if you get really good products like at Eden Rock St. Barths... if you have been, we all know you robbed that shower like a run away on a freight train before leaving. (p.s. you are allowed to)
Sun Protection:
Your future self will thank you- wear suncreen! We love Elta MD for all of the spots we want to keep from aging and good old Sun Bum for the rest.
Swimwear:
SISTER.
Hats and Such:
Impossible to carry on a flight, impossible to be with out. I love my Artesano, it makes every beach look and is super lightweight. I have also recently discovered Janessa Leoné  packable hats.. they are way more flexible and can be packed away so you don't look like a lost sunburnt scarecrow when you arrive at JFK.
Beach Bag:
I personally love Dragon Diffusion because they are durable, flexible, and most importantly- chic. It's big enough for your book, sunscreen, selfie stick (don't act like you don't, and if you don't you should) and a change of tennis clothes for your fiancé- that I could do without, but I do it because I am a sucker. If you are traveling with kids... your best bet is the very chic, very big, very blue, ikea bag.
Hair Tools:
Just don't, your on vacation... get over it.
