Refunds

We accept bikinis bought from sisterswim.com in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund. There's no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund. Please note all final sale items and accessories are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, including items bought with discount or promotion codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we get your items back your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn. 

Is it easy to return items?

Email info@sisterswim.com with your refund request. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5-10 business days. 

Can I return Final Sale Items?

All items marked as final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please reach out to support@frankiesbikinis.com and review our size chart before you place your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items. 

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Accessories, Skin Care, and Jewelry are excluded and always final sale.
